China aluminum firm posts 24% sales rise BRIEFING: BEIJING

Aluminum Corp. of China said its revenue rose 24.1 percent to 131.7 billion yuan, or $18.13 billion, in 2007, Xinhua, the state- run news agency, reported Sunday, citing the company's large overseas acquisitions and its expansion in copper production.
